Military Veterans

Local 364 members have a proud history of serving in our nation’s armed forces over the past 100 years. We are also proud and honored to accept today’s Veterans and transitioning military members into membership in Local 364.

Local 364’s Organizer, Bryan Smith, was the first individual in the United States to be organized through the Helmets to Hardhats program.  He was a member of the United States Marine Corps for eight years and served in Iraq and in the Gulf.

Along with Business Manager Richard Edwards, Bryan is working aggressively to assist our military veterans and those service men and women who are transitioning to civilian life in getting enrolled in our Veterans in Piping (VIP) training, and our Helmets to Hardhats training through Local 364.

Anyone who is interested in these programs or applying for our Apprenticeship Programs, please give him a call and make an appointment for an interview. Bryan is the official contact for any veterans wishing to join the pipe trades or any building trade craft. Veterans are also welcome to apply for our Apprenticeship Programs.
